Scott Nevada Richardson

In loving memory of our son and brother Scott, born 4 April 1967.
Passed away on the 3 August 1987.
Twenty two years have come and gone and we still mourn our first born
A son of whom we were so proud a loving brother, a young man of promise
You can never be replaced. No one can take that from you
We thought your life would go on though sadly a long life would not be yours
On the 3 August ,the saddest cold night of all ,you parted from our sight,
Your soul had taken flight.
We recall the good times we had together, we will always remember them.
Though each day we regret we could have had more we will be together again some day.
We will always be your loved one TRUST IN THE LORD.
Our memories of our son, Scott Nevada ,
Are many and varied,
Of a young child, as a young adult, a man,
Now we can only imagine how he would have looked at this time
Still handsome, more mature
In a relationship, older, wiser, perhaps more relaxed
He was twenty years old when his life span reached its climax
And he answered the call to move on
To go to a place where we, too, will go when our time here is over
Until we meet again
Scott is with us daily though in our every day thoughts
How could we ever forget our good times together
Sharing life’s ups and downs, fun times, sad times, creating memories
A family of four, not quite the same anymore.
When you were born, Scott ,I saw a falling star and whispered for only myself to hear,
“A boy.”
I thought we could not be happier then a second son and we were twice blessed,
Twice as happy.
When you returned from where you had arrived I looked again and there a star shone so bright,
I knew then you had found peace.
